Our small batch Tomato Sauce is everything a proper sauce should be rich, real, and full of flavour. We grow our own tomatoes from seed here on the farm, letting them ripen naturally on the vine under the Tassie sun. Then we slow-cook them in small batches with just a handful of simple ingredients to let the tomatoes shine. The result? A sauce that tastes like tomatoes, not sugar and additives.
