Our Sriracha story
Turn up the heat with our small-batch Taste of Tam O’Shanter Sriracha. Years in the making, this sauce began as a dream when we first planted jalapeños on our Tamar Valley property . After patiently growing enough chillies, we created our own recipe, a Tasmanian spin on the world’s favourite hot sauce.
Packed with fresh, homegrown jalapeños and just the right touch of sweetness, this sauce blended to bring you a deep, tangy chilli kick. It’s bold without being overpowering, versatile enough for everyday use, and 100% designed in our kitchen.
