Get the whole family involved. you can use small pizza bases and every one can make their own. You can use whatever toppings are your favourites. My preference is always less is more when it comes to topping my Pizza.

Ingredients
1Pizza baseuse your favourite base
200gramsPumpkin
1tbspOlive Oil
3tbspOnion Jam
1/4 Onion
1Cup Grated Cheese
1hand fullBaby Rocket
1cloveGarlicOptional
Instructions
Pre Heat oven to 220℃
Dice Pumpkin in small cubes, drizzle with olive oil and toss with crushed garlic. Place in oven for around 10 to 15minutes or until just tender.
Cut onion into thick slices, Grate cheese or cheeses I like to use a mix of mozzarella, cheddar and just a little parmesan. You can purchase a blend already grated if you like. Set aside
Cover pizza base with Onion Jam as much or as little as you like. You can also add tomato paste or crushed tomatoes to the Onion Jam if you find it a little too sweet.
Add your Pumpkin, Onion, Cheese. For a meat option you could add Pepperoni
Cook for 10 to 12 minutes then top with Baby Rocket
